One at a time, tighten a muscle, hold it, and then release the tension. This helps to relax your body, and studies have shown that people's mental stress goes down as their body tension is reduced. Be wary of how you treat people. Being unnecessarily cruel to others almost never works in your favor. Make friends when you can. If you simply cannot bring yourself to get along with someone you should, at the very least, try and form some sort of civil relationship with them.
